Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Website operated by New Life After Trauma, LLC.

Interpretation and Definitions

Company (referred to as “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”) refers to New Life After Trauma, LLC, a Florida limited liability company located at 7901 4th Street N, Suite 300, St. Petersburg, FL 33702. Provider means the Company and its representatives, including Amanda Walker. Participant or You means the individual accessing or using the Service or participating in any Session. Service refers to the website https://newlifeaftertrauma.com/ and related communications. Session means any Women’s Space of Love Session (free) or paid coaching/peer support session. Session Agreement means the separate written agreement governing each Session.

Acknowledgment

These Terms govern your use of the Service and constitute a legally binding agreement between You and the Company. By accessing or using the Service, You agree to be bound by these Terms. If You disagree with any part of these Terms, You may not access the Service.

You represent and warrant that You are at least 18 years of age. The Company does not provide services to individuals under 18.

Your use of the Service is also governed by Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.

Services and Scope of Practice

The Company provides peer support, spiritual exploration, and empowerment coaching focused on self-discovery and personal growth. All Services and Sessions are not professional therapy, licensed medical care, licensed mental health services, or any form of clinical treatment. They do not involve diagnosis, treatment, or medical/psychological advice.

Session Agreements: All Sessions are governed by a separate Session Agreement that must be reviewed and signed by the Participant prior to the start of any session. We maintain two types of Session Agreements:

  • Free Women’s Space of Love Session Agreement – for complimentary 60-minute virtual sessions.

  • Paid Coaching Session Agreement – for paid coaching services.

By booking or participating in any Session, You agree to execute the applicable Session Agreement. No Session will be conducted without a fully executed Session Agreement. Each Session Agreement is incorporated into these Terms by reference and shall control in the event of any conflict with these Terms.

User Responsibilities and Prohibited Conduct

You agree to:

  • Use the Service and participate in Sessions only for lawful purposes and in a safe, sober manner.

  • Not record any Session (audio, video, screenshots, or otherwise).

  • Immediately seek professional emergency help (call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room) if You are experiencing a mental health crisis, suicidal thoughts, or any danger to self or others.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of Your own participation and any information shared on Your end.

  • Provide accurate information when booking or communicating with Us.

Prohibited activities include misrepresenting the nature of the Services, scraping or copying content without permission, or using the Service in any manner that could harm others or violate applicable law.

Intellectual Property

All content, logos, text, graphics, and materials on the Service are the property of the Company or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without Our prior written consent.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend Your access to the Service or any Session immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms or the applicable Session Agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, the Company’s total liability to You for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Service, or any Session shall not exceed the amount You paid to the Company in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (or $100 if no payment was made). In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or emotional distress.

Assumption of Risk, Release, and Indemnification

Participation in Sessions involves inherent emotional, psychological, and personal development risks. You (the Participant) expressly assume all such risks and knowingly, voluntarily, and irrevocably release, waive, and discharge the Provider, its owners, officers, members, agents, and representatives (including Amanda Walker) from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action, including those arising from ordinary negligence (to the extent permitted by law), related to or arising out of the Service or any Session.

You further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company and Provider from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in connection with Your participation in any Session, breach of these Terms or the Session Agreement, or violation of any law.

“AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” Disclaimer

The Service and all Sessions are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms or relating to any Session shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pinellas County, Florida.

Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify You of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes Your acceptance of the revised Terms.
