Free Space of Love Session
For most of my life, I carried deep childhood trauma that left me hating myself, constantly abandoning myself, and feeling fundamentally unworthy. I couldn’t love myself. I felt invisible and unsafe in my own existence. This pain led me down a long path of self-destruction — numbing, shrinking, punishing myself, and believing I didn’t deserve to take up space or live fully.
Through years of raw inner work, spiritual awakening, somatic healing, therapy, coaching and ultimately profound honesty with myself, I began to see the truth I had been searching for: I am innocent. I am enough. I am the love I had been desperately seeking outside of myself.
We ALL are that same love. And we all have access to the same truth inside of us, waiting to be uncovered.
Space of Love Sessions were born from this remembering.
These are free, one-time 90-minute virtual sessions for women. In each session, I hold a gentle and compassionate container where you can be fully seen, heard, and welcomed — exactly as you are. Together we create a safe space where your pain, shame, fear, rage, and deepest longings can be met with love and zero judgment. Doesn't matter if you want to cry, meditate, scream, talk a bunch and I just listen, receive feedback, or all of the above. We explore what it feels like to stop abandoning yourself and to remember the light and worth that has always been within you.
I offer these sessions because I know how exhausting and lonely it is to carry the weight of self-hatred and unworthiness. If you’ve ever felt unseen, unprotected, or like you don’t matter, I want you to have a place where you can finally feel safe to be yourself — and begin to believe you are deeply wanted, just as you are.
You don’t have to be “spiritual”, healed, or have it all together. You only need the willingness to show up as you are.
If something inside you feels called to be truly seen and held in love, I would be honored to sit with you.
With love,
Amanda

"I have found Amanda to be a gentle and compassionate coach. She has a gift for gently guiding me to the roots of the beliefs that are keeping me paralyzed with indecision and inaction. During our conversations, I frequently feel deep physical and emotional resonance with her observations, which have been simple and direct. The work moving forward is not necessarily easy- it takes time to dismantle ineffective beliefs and thought patterns. But because Amanda's discernment and guidance feel very personal to me, the road ahead feels straight and clear. I cannot over- emphasize the awareness I have gained through Amanda's ability to take general concepts and help me see how they are active in my life."

It honestly feels like the possibilities are endless, thanks to Amanda’s knowledge and support.”
